• Why Lambda Theta Phi?
  • I joined Lambda Theta Phi because I wanted to be amongst the leaders I saw on campus. While attending college, everyones number one goal should be to graduate and the men I saw not only pushed forward everyday for that ultimate goal, but helped those around them. Looking for different fraternities to join, I wanted to join one that would poise me for success and gain the proper insight, discipline, and skills necessary to move forward in my career. All these things I saw in Lambda Theta Phi. Also, their bond was something very enviable. I saw a true brotherhood full of leaders and strong men. Their academic success, community involvement, social awareness, and strong sense of brotherhood is what guided me to become a one of them - a strong Latino role model in my community.
